“The directory of phone numbers I have input has deleted three times now, with no explanation. Anyone know what might cause this? As far as I know, I did not delete "all" or even delete a single entry.”

Hello Rinch. At this present time we have had no problem with the AT&T Model DL72310 phones. They are working fine. If I may suggest that you download the manual for your phone. That hopefully that it will guide you in right direction. My second option would be contact AT&T Tech support to assist you in correcting the problem. Hope this may be helpful to you.
