Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it can. The front of the handset has a white, circular button under the digital screen, which says "Call Block." The chrome ring around that button holds the volume adjustment keys. "Vol. Up" is on the top and "Volume Down" is on the bottom. Gently tap either one until you adjust the volume accordingly. It can be done: 1) While you are talking on the phone, 2) When you pick up the phone and notice that the dial tone is very loud or very low, or, 3) When you dial a number and it rings either too loudly or not loud enough.
