"Voice mail" displays and the corresponding line blinks on the LCD screen to indicate there are new voicemail messages on that line.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this phone but can't get the voicemail feature to work. I got it to replace another phone that had voice mail functioning. I set the COVM to ON for both lines 1 and 2. I've called ATT over 20 times and can't get any help. Every person has a different answer which is mostly "I need to transfer you to another department" One ATT rep said I needed to pay another $9 a month to get voice mail even though I've never had to do that with the previous phone on the same line/account. A couple of reps said I need to reestablish the voicemail connection. One actually typed for 20 minutes and said that I'd have VM in an hour. But that was a week ago. Do I need to pay more money or is there something else I need to do to set up VM? I'm lost. HELP!!!!
