• Go to the menu/select button and move the up or down key(volume control) until you find time and date and select it by using the menu/select button on the handset.

• By following instructions you put phone in main base base unit and it tells you when it's syncing and it sets the time and date as well it assigns an extension number.

• You should be able to go to the MENU feature & set the time that way, not only on the phone but on the VM console as well.

• Press MENU/SELECT to show the menu. Press CID or DIR to scrollthrough menu items until you find date/time. Press MENU/SELECT to confirm or save changes.
