It is locked to AT&T; in order to use it on T-Mobile you would have to go through AT&T's unlock portal. https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/wireless/KM1008728 If you aren't a AT&T customer then you will have to select No, type the 15 digit IMEI number, click I'm not a robot complete the captch then tick or click the box to the left of the statement: "Yes, I've read the legal stuff and agree to the device unlock eligibility requirements." You should receive the unlock code via email with in a 24 hour time period.
