• Yes it does BUT at&t will eat your lunch with International rates ... You will do much better buying a Tel-Cel SIM card and using their internet locally, SIM cards are easy to swap out in / with this wireless Modem / Router model. at&t is BRUTAL on international rates. I personally DISLIKE at&t's business model but I do like their network.
