“I work in a building where my AT&T phone immediately goes into a "No Service" mode while I'm in my classroom. If I purchased this device, would I be able to connect my phone to it? My work cell does not have this issue because it's on the Verizon network.”

This product allows you to connect cellularly to AT&T and then connect other devices to it via WiFi. If you are not getting a cellular connection with your phone, you most likely not get one with this device.

If it does and your work has WiFi available then turn that feature on and you’ll be all set. If not then companies like Wilson Electronics or WeBoost makes cell booster kits that you can check out. This NightHawk device is meant for offering mobile hotspot internet to areas that have no internet options like RVs or rural homes.
