Hey! I also had a hotspot from AT&T that I used frequently for traveling. I decided it was time for an upgrade. I've read nothing but good things about the Nighthawk and decided to give it a shot. It couldn't have been any easier to get it up and running. All I have to do is remove the SIM card from my old device and insert it into the Nighthawk and BOOM! it was working. I didn't even have to call AT&T to transfer service. I hope this helps to answer your question. Rick in Mobile
