• I had difficulty doing this. Could be because I couldn’t figure it out properly. So I just sat it on the kitchen table.

• Yes. It can be mounted or used as a table/desk flat sitting phone

• If have the internet at home you will have to have the required filter(see directions). I don't think Best Buy had it in stock . You might be able to buy it from Verizon.
