CAN this be pluged into my printer,and wall jack> null

Yes, I have mine plugged into my all-in-one printer so I can receive faxes.

If your printer has an in and out phone jack on it, then yes you can attach the phone to the out jack on your printer. If you have only an in Jack on your printer them no. Yes to the wall jack as it comes with mounting hardware for that need.
