The accessories are the charging case, cleaning tools and instruction booklet. They barely stick out of my ears and I have short hair but arrance it so it sort of hides them. There is another model that cost a bit more that you can put behind your ear with a tiny wire and hearing piece that goes into ear. They are a little more advanced and one model can be controlled with your phone. At this time you can only get it on thier website.
