“Does this turntable play without speakers? Just for the time being if I don't get speakers the same day I get this, can I still bring it home and play with just what I have in the box or do I need to connect it to something to get sound output?”

You're supposed to be able to pair it with Bluetooth devises but mine hasn't paired with anything yet. You can also download an app for free and play it on your computer but it hasn't worked for me yet.
