Yes they are. The legs are screwed all the way in (putting the turntable at its lowest height) for shipping purposes. Unscrew the legs to raise one or more corners of the turntable.

They don't screw in or out for leveling; however, the bottom round discs are on a "spring" type leg that kinda adjusts to where you place the unit. So it seems to have built in balancing.
