There is no power amplifier inside the turntable, just a phono preamplifier, you will need to connect the turntable to a stereo amplifier or receiver that has passive type speakers attached to it or forgo the amplifier or receiver and connect the turntable to a set of active (aka powered) type speakers. Active speakers have the power amplifier built into them.
