“Can I use this turntable with Sonos speakers, using wireless hookup? I dont want to run 3.5m to RCA cables to connect to Sonos. Thank you”

As long as there Bluetooth you should be fine. My son has his hooked up to his Sony sound bar works great!!!

If you can connect to Sonos using Bluetooth then yes you can use it. It does not connect to any device using Wi-Fi.
