“I need to know how I can troubleshoot. When connected to my headphones or any Bluetooth speaker I can barely hear it on the loudest setting. Why is it playing so quietly?!”

• Remove then reinstall the stylus (needle) assembly, it may not be fully seated on the cartridge body.

• I use mine with a small sony bt speaker , have no problem with volume. Also used with some cheap earbuds, also had no problem with volume.
