The inside diameter of the M20XBT over-ear headphones earpads is 60 x 37mm (height x width), the outside diameter is 102 x 84mm. The width of the area that rests against the head is 21mm across, and the pad will probably rest against your over-the-ear hearing aids much like it rests against the temples on eyeglasses.
