Can I pair this with my bluetooth speakers null

The AT-LP120-USB Turntable itself does not have Bluetooth. You would need to add a Bluetooth transmitter to it. The transmitter will need to have either Left and Right RCA type input jacks, or a single 3.5 mm stereo input jack to accept the turntable.

No, this unit is not Bluetooth enabled.
