• Yes, it has a cueing lever. When you hit the cueing lever into the down position, the tonearm moves very slowly down. This is the opposite of what happens when you hit the raise lever. It is not damped and tends to pick up rapidly and sometimes bounce. I don't like that, but it isn't doing any damage.
