This is only a replacement stylus designed for the cartridge body of the audio technica AT-VM95E. If you're turntable doesn't already have this cartridge you'll need to buy the entire cartridge. Also, your turntable needs to have removable headshell or a headshell with elongated grooves in the headshell to be able to replace and align entire headshell. I tried to search but I can't find a technics 320dl model at all. So without knowing which table you have, I can't say for sure Some have what's called a P-mount type of cartridge where the cartridge just plugs into the tonearm without a removable headshell or wires.
