“Can someone from geek squad come to a coustomers house after they purchased a plan ?? I cant get my turntable to work..i have tried everything and anything and still cant get any sound..mabye i can talk to someone on the phone ?? thanks”

If you are connecting the turntable to any type of input OTHER THAN a PHONO input make certain that the phono preamplifier inside the turntable is turned on. That is the preamp selector switch located on the rear of the turntable is set to LINE.
