• No this amp is not rated for 1 ohm. It’s 800rms at 2ohms and 500rms at 4ohm

• No. 2 ohm min. Even if you have a 1 ohm amp they almost never perform well. At 1 ohm most amps are in the 50-65% efficiency range meaning they're generating TONS of heat. Why bother? Have you seen Audiocontrol's efficiency? Amazing. Run it hard all day and it never heats up.
