Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No difference at all. HDMI is a digital signal meaning 0's and 1's. They either get from one side of the cable to the other or they don't. Another way of saying this is that the picture on your TV is either 100% perfect or 0% black. Spending more on a digital cable makes no sense. The signals through a $5 cable are EXACTLY THE SAME as through this $200+ cable. That means the picture is exactly the same. And all the fancy, expensive, gold, silver, etc do absolutely nothing because all the components in the TV use regular soldered connections. So the signal goes through this super expensive cable, through the gold, through the silver and then goes through regular everyday solder before the signal gets to the screen. So what does the gold do? Absolutely nothing except make this cable expensive. There used to be a point to expensive cables 20 years ago when everything was analog, but today all you're doing with an expensive cable is throwing your money away.
