• Yes, I have mine connected to ARC...excellent results and outstanding audio/video qhen playing content through Apps on SMART TV. I have not yet upgraded to either a 4k or 8k TV, and the results were noticeable as I had standard HDMI cables that I was using before purchasing the AudioQuest Forest Green cables.

• Yes but all you need is an inexpensive High Speed HDMI cable. If you spend more than $10.00 on a HDMI Cable they saw you coming. Been There, Done That.

• Yes, I have ARC HDMI inputs on my TV and soundbar and these cables are fine for that.
