• As long as your headphones feature a female 3.5mm input, it should be! If not, you may need a male-to-female audio extension cable instead.

• If your TV has an audio output, you would need to connect the correct jacks, one for your TV set output (male) and one for your headphone plug (female).These jacks would have to be soldered to the speaker wire. You would be better off just getting an audio extension cord that matches the TV output jack and your headphone jack.
