Did you save the packaging? The warranty is good for as long as you own the cable and they will replace the defective one. If you have had it less then 30 days, you might try returning it to the store. I have had no problem with mine, but always save the paperwork just in case there is a problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I agree totally with you regarding the price. You listed "$1,000" as the price, must be a mistake. All HDMI cables regardless of the length vary widely as to the quality. I just paid over $450.00 for two 10 foot long speaker cables and two little cables to connect the main amp to the power amp! These were not HDMI. But when I turn up the power, the power makes it 100 % to where it needs to go, and there is no such thing as distortion regardless of the power out put. After saying all that, I can see no honest reason for these cables to be so expensive, other than for people like me who will pay the price to "feel sure" they got the best!
