• A:Answer You can take the caps off your bottles. There is a cap already to place & fit on your bottle. The steel rod is attached to it to be inserted in your new water bottle. I remove my new cap from my bottle and put the manufactures cap on the bottle. Eady & quick. I have home delivered water.

Q: QuestionMy bottles have a threaded top for a screw-on cap. the bottles have no lip to receive the type of cap that you offer. Do you have an alternate cap for the threaded type of bottles, or should I just set it loosely on top of the bottle?

• A:Answer Yes, this comes fully assembled. All you have to do is plug it in and put the piece in the water jug, give it a few minutes to get hot and cold. It’ll take longer for the water to get hot the first time you put the jug in, every few minutes automatically the dispenser would run for the water to get colder and the other side hot.
