- Answer Hi Jules. The Avalon water cooler connects directly to your water source with an adapter valve and PE Tubing. We provide an installation kit and instruction manual to make this a simple process to connect to the back of the water cooler dispenser. - Answer Hi jpcham. The Avalon A5 comes with the first set of filters, which should last 3-6 months or 1500 gallons.

QuestionI have tried hooking this up under the sink but it starts to leak from the metal adapter. I cannot screw it on any tighter so how do I stop it from leaking from this metal adapter?
