The resolution of the error depends on the details shown in the error itself. It can be one of the following: 1. When one or more customer information has a blank or uses special characters in First name/Last name/Company name data field. All First Name/Last Name/Company name is filled out and you are not using special characters (and numbers such as 1 2 3 and so on) on it. You can enter a period (".") if you do not know the First Name/Last/Company name information. 2. Installing a missing font. 3. Deleting previous transactions.
