The software may be great! But Best Buy uses a third party vendor code that when you submit it to download it redirects you to a different site where you have to register on their site. They do not provide links that allow you to download the software. Worst off, when I try to contact the support for the other company "NOVA Development" The email address on their website goes no where and I get failure responses from their email server, and the message says when you call them that their call center is closed. I do not know where to go to at least get my money back! Best Buy please flag this vendor so no one else has my same experience. Please credit my account back too and charge the vendor!

Good estimate software. It’s not quick books. However , with so many online hackers these days it’s nice to be able to work offline on a dedicated LP. Keeps all your customer info out of the hands of the bad guys.

I have previously used this program going back maybe 12 years ago. Last week I attempted to buy the digital version to download to my laptop when I went to download it the file that was downloaded was My Label Designer. I call ed the company and the phones were disconnected. Emailed them and that got bounced. Call Best Buy for a refund and they gave me a number to call after speaking with 6 different people. Needless to say, that number is no longer in service. I was upset and disappointed.

Garbage software. Difficult to customize invoices. Locks up on shutdown, Shame on me for thinking I might get something decent for $20.

I could not get the software to read my information from the download. I tried and tried and called in for help and one guy was a total jerk and didn't even try to help and just kept saying no it wont work. I called the next day and talked to a lady and she was nice and tried to help me and told me some things to try and so i did. It would take part of the download but it would not take it all. I called back in and got the same rude guy and he just hung up on me. I think the software is good it is just the support that need to be a little friendlier.

My invoices downloadl never opened up the program so I can't use it. Darn!

I have only been able to install the Label Creation from this software purchase. It's not cute! There has been nothing added to my Best Buy digital library nor has there been a serial number sent in the Order Email from Nova Development. Support charges $9.99 for a 1 time support code. I might have just paid $40 for some 1990 clip-art creations for label making.

Good product easy to install and worth the investment

This program was just what I needed. So easy to learn and use. Has all the elements needed for a sole proprietor. Saved me literally hundreds of dollars not buying things I will never use on other programs.

A lot easier than Quicken which required a subscription! Download, install, and go to work. Easy to convert estimates into invoices.

I have used an older version before. I had to purchase the newer version because I purchased a new laptop. Some of the changes were confusing, but all in all, it worked out.

Great estimate to in voice program if you don't want to spend a lot of money on quick books pro but I do not recommend using the credit card program that is in it Too expensive.

This version is better than previous one i had. It has more options and easy to use.

It was a hassle to download. Software is adequate substitute for Excel.

I bought this product, but they delivered different one . Very disappointing… called customer service, I was told that they couldn’t do anything.
