• A:Answer Hi, 31.8mm refers to the clamps size where it meets the stem (this is important for fitment reasons) and 680mm is the length from end to end.

Q: QuestionYou stated that the Aventon Level 2 batteries are UL certified, but there is no UL symbol on the battery. Where does it state this in writing or on the battery?

• A:Answer They can, but I'd suggest doing it yourself (it's easy and aventon gives you everything you need). Then take it to a bike shop to do a check and tune up (which honestly is mostly for safety). Most places will do that for you for free. You can also just buy a lock or something to thank them.

• A:Answer Batteries come with all models. You can purchase replacement batteries on our website. We would not recommend purchasing batteries from third-party websites as this will void the warranty if damage occurs. - Rebecca
