QuestionI see it is a Cat 2 but the throttle can be disconnected to make it Cat 1. Is there a sticker on the bike indicating this? It would be needed in order to ride on Mackinac Island.

- Answer I don’t think there is a sticker that indicates this but by definition if you remove the throttle it is a class 1 bicycle. It appears to be simple to remove the throttle fro. The handlebar and disconnect it. Voila! A class 1 bicycle.

- Answer The Soltera has a chain guard that prevents the chain from falling off the sprocket. If you find a chain cover that fits it should be fine to add.

- Answer Due to the frame of the Soltera ST, the baby seat may have a snug fit. We would recommend going to a local bike shop to help accommodate your preferences. - Rebecca

QuestionI have researched this bike and the aventon site has the motor at 350 watts, your site has it at 500 watts. I want to make the sure that your site is correct.

- Answer The specs indicate the motor power is 500 watts. The battery capacity is 350 watt hours. Hope this helps.
