“When you slide the camera cover over is the entire camera turned off or does the microphone still work?”

• If you're on a Zoom, Skype, Teams, etc. meeting, if you slide the cover over the lens, the mic will still be hot or live. Not until you sign off your meeting will it turn off the mic as well as video.

• The cover only covers the video. The only way to stop the microphone from outside hacking is to unplug it from USB which is the norm.
