“Can it be used without the Bluetooth option? The application does not work. It keeps crashing and it closes on its own. I tried to uninstall and reinstall did not work. Any recommendations?”

We are sorry to hear this. Yes you can use the bottle warmer without bluetooth. Just pick your settings using the LCD control panel. I'm surprised to hear that the app isn't working. Please contact our Customer Care team to discuss this further including letting us know what specific phone you're using so we can troubleshoot it.
