You also need to remove the AMS from the bed area and connect the PTFE tubes. You can also connect the external spool holder, but I don't think there's anything to screw in, though. Either way, the whole process from unboxing to use is easily less than 30 minutes.

The AMS unit (that holds 4 spools of filament and automatically loads from the spool you choose) comes inside the main housing. Assembly took me 30 minutes because I spent time learning about each element. If I did it again it would probably only take 20 minutes. It comes with a tool kit and you only need to use 2 of the tools. There are a few screws to remove and re-install. You will also attach a few PTFE tubes to deliver the filament. The video on the Bambu Labs website is easy to follow.
