No it does not. This combo includes the printer and the AMS 2 Pro (which holds/dispenses/dries the spools that are sold separately).

No filament comes with the machine. My machine I purchased was the P2S with the AMS 2 pro. You get an external spool. With this set up, you can do 5 different colors.
