QuestionWith an open box product, is it possible to know what figure is in the box or is it still random? Is their anyway to guarantee that it hasn't been replaced with a knock off.

- Answer Random chance. For an authenticity check, it's hard to say. Use your best judgement or purchase it new. I ordered open box excellent and the figure was broken off from where it was glued in the bottle. Best buy can't send a replacement since it's open box.
