• I would assume that's a typo. I would guess 13 ounces is more accurate

• DEFINITELY NOT 13 LBS. I DON'T EVEN THINK THEY ARE 5 LBS. MAYBE 2 LBS AT MOST. THEY ARE VERY WELL MADE.
