- Answer This backpack does not have an internal sleeve for holding a laptop, but a laptop should fit inside the backpack. Barska item BI12612 or BI12598 has an internal padded sleeve for laptops, available at BestBuy.com.

- Answer At this time, we do not have the weight capacity available. However, the backpack has a 28-liter capacity, which should be suitable for rucking, especially if you're carrying a moderate load.
