Sometimes the diopter ring (located on the left eyepiece) can feel tight at first — this is normal and may loosen slightly with use. Please try gently turning the left eyepiece a few times to see if it begins to move more freely. Be careful not to force it. If the adjustment still doesn't work after trying that, we recommend returning the binoculars for a replacement or refund.
