I've been looking too and couldn't find any help other than what's in the manual. So, I bought these Keurig pods (I use to clean my coffee maker), filled the water container and each canister with hot water, dumped 1 pod in each and kept flushing the water container and the canisters until the water became clear. This took about 30-45 minutes. There may be an easier way to clean it, but since I couldn't get help, I did it like this and my drinks taste better.
