A:AnswerIf you pay for there yearly program is $50 a pair. If your having geek squad install be sure to watch them I had four speakers installed in the ceiling and they never measured to make sure they were all square with one another they just eyeballed it.
A:AnswerThe same thing happened to me on a different TV. It was Hulu and YouTube for me. It was playing just fine when I went out. I came back and silence. Netflix and Prime had sound so I knew it wasn't the speakers. I checked so many settings and still nothing. Finally, I turned off my TV. I waited 5 minutes and turned it back on. Voila! The sound returned. It must have been a temporary glitch from an update or something. I hope your similar problem has also cleared itself as well.
