• If you have a smartphone it does all the work, but I believe that you can use a browser based app on a pc to track, but its not needed as the phone will sync and display all the data you need.

• You can login to the Basis website on your PC and track your activities. You still need to sync the watch to the phone as they do not have a way to sync directly from watch to PC.

• Yes, although all you really need to do is download the application to monitor your progress on a smartphone (mine works great on the iPhone6) or iPad. Keep in mind, however, that it will only synch with one device at a time.

• You have to have a mobile phone device for the app. Check if your phone is compatable. Yes, it will track your activity on a computer, once you sync on your mobile device.

• Not real sure what you mean but you can use a web site to access your data on your computer. You can also export the data to perform other analysis on your computer. You must have a supported phone to synch the data to the web site.
