I got the box with a code in it. Then I used that to download the game to Origin. Hope this helps.

It's a redeemable code that you get in the mail. Kind of silly since they should just email you the coce. Note that the link that Best Buy sends you to does not work. I had to call up their tech support to figure it out. And the solution was pretty simple - go to the Origin website and redeem the game. Customer service at the store and on phone were very good.
