Seems like nobodys going to answer cause no one at best buy cares. What a bunch of pricks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you don't have a line item on your order, that looks like you ordered the open beta, that says it will email you. You will have to cancel the order and reorder it. It will then give you a open beta code in your email after about 5 minutes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a great suggestion, but ultimately a poor customer experience. We should not have to cancel and then reorder to get the code. Best Buy dropped the ball here. Call their Customer Service and ask that they correct it. I called and was transferred to their “Digital Delivery” department. Person there indicated they would have the “Code Master” (sounds made up) email out the code within 24hrs. Pretty much after early access to Beta will end though. Best Buy will need to offer something for this error on THEIR part.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Someone answered this in another thread but you might need to cancel your preorder and re order it. I had to do this to het a code.
