“Gift for son. Installed it and it keeps telling him this is a TRIAL version. Contacted their tech support - was told to make sure it installed while machine was "offline." Followed that and it STILL says it is a "Trial" version. Any ideas???”

• I had the same issue with another game but I actually had a trial version I previously downloaded. Uninstall game, look to make sure there isn't a trial version, restart the machine and reinstall the game. If that doesn't work, exchange it.
