“Got the digital download for Xmas. Card says the code to access the game will be in the receipt. It wasn't. Was on line with tech 30 minutes was told would have email with results in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. Where is the code?”

Went thrrough the same thing call and denand a manager i did and she returned it and rebought it over the phone and i immediately got an email code and she read it to me over the phone

Had to go follow the link then login into my bestbuy account, then the code was displayed to me along with instructions on how to download the game from EA’s origin client. If you haven’t received an email, you will probably need to contact support again.
