Physical requires disk in Xbox every time you want to play while digital doesn't.I prefer digital because I dint have to find the disk every time I want to play.Physical only advantage is the fact if your in the gamers club is the twenty percent lower price.it's a great game.beautiful graphics.

The other thing is that you have to place the disk into the Xbox when you want to play. That way the program knows you have the right to play that game. Without the disk after the game is load onto the hard drive and you lose the disk you will not be able to play the game. Where that does not happen with the digital download!
