Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Technically no. The Sphero under $200 is self standing, you will need an app downloaded to your smart phone to use it. Whereas the Sphero priced over $200 also includes a watch like remote control. You can send commands via the watch like remote (I say watch like because you wear it on your wrist). Essentially the moves and capabilities are the same. The only difference is the remote control included versus not.
