It shouldn't take more than two hours. Be sure to watch all the videos that are on you-tube they are a big help. I had mine installed for me by a friend. He said the most difficult part was running the wire into the car: It was a caddy SRX. You'll love the camera, bright clear picture both day and night. Good luck.
